Overview

I’m a specialist children’s physiotherapist with over 16 years’ experience in the NHS, supporting babies and infants under 2 with their movement and development while working closely with the families around them — something I truly love.

I’m trained in specialist assessment tools including Prechtl General Movements Assessment and the Hammersmith Neurological Examinations, and became a certified Infant Massage Instructor with the IAIM in 2025. For the past 9 years I have specialised in working with babies under two, particularly preterm infants.

I’ve worked in two leading neonatal units in London and have a strong passion for early development — supporting babies who may have been born early, unwell, or with additional needs to achieve the best possible start in life. Alongside my clinical work, I hold a leadership role within the London Neonatal Network, helping ensure care for premature and unwell babies is consistent, high quality and evidence-based. I’m also Chair of the APCP neonatal committee and have published research on early developmental assessment and support.

I’m also a proud mum of two, so I understand the realities of life with a baby. My aim is always to offer evidence-based advice that is practical, supportive and achievable for families. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping babies grow, move and thrive.
